The Gift You Didn’t Get

After circling the print ads from the Sunday newspapers, e-mailing friends and family about great deals on the Web, and dropping subtle hints throughout your conversations, you still unwrapped the wool socks and white undershirts that you’ve gotten for the last four Decembers. Yeah, your feet will be toasty and those tagless T’s won’t itch your neck, but you wanted something to sooth your soul after the 9 to 5 and amp you up during your workout. You made it clear, but you didn’t get that MP3 player.

Buying an MP3 player is a lengthy process; there are a lot of choices out there. As with any electronic device, the market is filled inferior alternatives that no one would want to be sold. Quality assurance and pricing are major factors in gift giving. But top dollar isn’t always the best choice.

Many devices with a hefty price tag have the same functionality as the compact Sansa Clip, trendy Sansa Fuze, and catchall Sansa View, but come with a name and logo that consumers are willing to pay extra for. You want a device to store and play your music, videos, photos and more, but you also want to feel comfortable when it gets dropped on the asphalt or left in your glove box on a frosty January night. That increased price tag may not give you peace of mind.

The purchasing decision includes more than looking at the device and its capabilities. What about accessories? With armbands, speakers, chargers, and memory expansion, Sansa MP3 players are easy to upgrade and personalize.

So what if you didn’t get an MP3 player like you wished for, you still had a great time with friends and family this holiday. You can always complete your holiday wish list yourself at the Shop Sansa Store, where you’ll find the Sansa MP3 player that is right for you.
